Are you accepting new patients?

Yes, absolutely.  This father and son team and our growing team of dental professionals are always happy to meet and welcome new patients to our dental office. 

Do you accept any insurance?

Vacca Family Dentistry in Midlothian is in-network with a large number of insurance providers. And if we are out of network with an insurance provider, we offer assistance in filling out insurance claims on your behalf.  Whether we are in-network or out-of-network we can serve your dental needs. What most people don't realize is that even if we are not an "in-network provider", the cost difference to you is often minimal.  In an out-of-network situation, your insurance company will send the reimbursement check directly to you, and our office will bill you directly for any difference, which is often minimal.  Feel free to call our office for details. 

What if I cannot make my scheduled appointment?

Unlike some dental offices, we schedule only one patient at a time. Therefore, we greatly appreciate our patients making every effort to keep their appointed time and ask for a 48-hour notice. 

Do you offer Emergency appointments?

Yes, we do! At Vacca Family Dentistry, we do our best to provide prompt advice on your situation and allow time for same-day services if required for emergency care. Our goal is for your to receive relief as soon as possible. 

What happens if my tooth falls out?

This is a fairly common situation. And a tooth that falls out does require prompt treatment. If possible we will attempt to reinsert the tooth or bond any broken fragments back into place. However, if nerve damage is involved, you may require endodontic treatment.  Either way, it's important to call our office immediately so we can advise you on the immediate steps you should take to preserve and protect your tooth.
